The Treadmill is Warwick Mill Business Village own gymnasium facility. It is well equipped with C.V equipment including a concept 2 rower, treadmill, bicycle, elliptical, roman chair and sit-up machine; as well as a state of the art 3 station multi-gym.

Otterburns takes its name from the Otterburn Rugs produced at Warwick Mill, and examples of Otterburn products are displayed on the walls of the café. The architect designed interior provides an ideal environment for informal lunches with clients, a quick sandwich, or simply a chance to get away from your desk and ‘recharge your batteries’ .
