I was looking for office accommodation about 2½ years ago in the Carlisle area that met normal office requirements but it also needed to be wheelchair accessible as I am disabled. At the time very few in the area met this criterion and if they did, then nearby accessible parking was not available. I then saw the Warwick Mill Business Centre advert and found what I was looking for. At that time the office space provided all the facilities I needed, modern telephone system, fax, modem connection to the internet, clean airy office and free accessible parking right outside the door.

Since then the 'Mill' has been further enhanced with the addition of many more Offices, lounge areas with comfortable leather suites that are ideal for an informal chat with a client, new conference rooms with excellent electronic presentation facilities etc. My work has also changed making high speed broadband an absolute requirement for me and that is available to all the offices. I make use of the conference rooms and clients are always impressed by the very high standard of the facilities offered.

This is certainly the best office accommodation I have had, for the following reasons. The facilities are modern, with state of the art telecommunications infrastructure. Parking is free and outside the door. All 'normal' facilities are really first class and office cleaning is included in the rent. We are close to main travel routes so visiting clients can find us easily and there is no problem for them finding parking when they arrive. The centre management are extremely helpful and very open to ideas and suggestions. If you are looking for office space, I strongly suggest you have a look here, you will not be disappointed.
