Downland Marketing Ltd moved into Warwick Mill in October 2005 after being flooded at our previous office. The move was temporary as we looked for permanent offices, but we liked it so much we decided to stay !

Warwick Mill Business Centre offers affordable yet impressive office space, which never fails to prompt admiring comments from our visitors from throughout the UK.

We also regularly use the meeting rooms, and again, these are furnished and equipped to a high standard, again prompting positive comments from meeting delegates.

The Business Centre team are very efficient, and always pleased to help. There is a friendly atmosphere amongst tenants, which helps create a positive working environment, and we have also found valuable new suppliers/service providers who are also based at Warwick Mill. We have no hesitation in recommending Warwick Mill to any prospective new tenants. We certainly have no plans to move out !
