In 1997, Warwick Mill was purchased by Simtor Developments. Since the 1980s, the respected Carlisle-based company has specialised in building contracting and property management - and at Warwick Mill they identified something wholly unique.
Carefully ensuring that none of the original character of the mill was lost - indeed utilising many of the old features - Simtor has been responsible for developing the site into one of the most sought-after locations for small and medium-sized businesses both locally and nationally.
